TK Hub LLC (“we”) runs ROLE. This policy says what we keep about your account and what we do not do with it.
What we keep
We keep the account you create, the resume and facts you upload, the job packets written from that resume, and the answers you save for company career pages. Crash reports stay on the account that hit them. We do not copy another person’s resume onto your account.
What we do not do
We do not sell your resume. We do not invent employers, titles, or numbers. We do not log into LinkedIn or Indeed as you. Apply passwords, when you choose to save them, are stored only so ROLE can open a company career page you authorized. They are not shown back on the tracker.
If you connect a mailbox, ROLE reads messages from employers and job sites you applied to. Other mail is ignored and not stored.
Who runs ROLE
TK Hub LLC, a Delaware limited liability company based in Texas, runs ROLE at tryrole.app. Texas law and venue stay on the terms page.
Purposes and legal basis
We keep an account so you can sign in (contract). We store the resume, facts, packets, and answers you give us so ROLE can write and send applications you ask for (contract and your instructions). We keep receipts of those sends (contract). We keep crash reports to fix the app (legitimate interest). Sign-in with Google, Apple, or X is only to open the account you chose.
How long
The account, resume, jobs, packets, and receipts stay until you delete the account. Crash rows are kept with that account and go with the delete. A mailbox connection stays until you disconnect it.
Who processes it
Hosting and the database store the account. Google and Apple (and X, when you use it) process sign-in. Email delivery sends messages you ask for. Stripe processes a card on the website. They act on our instructions.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside your country, the transfer uses Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, and export your data, object to a use, restrict a use, and withdraw consent. Download my data is in Settings. Delete account is in Settings and explained at /delete-account. You can complain to a data-protection authority.
