ROLE is a product of TK Hub LLC. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The product

ROLE writes an application packet from the resume you upload and submits it on a company career page. A new account starts with Auto Apply off. Nothing is sent until you choose Hands-Free. Demo Mode cannot send.

Your resume

You are responsible for the resume you upload. ROLE does not invent a job, a date, or a number that is not in that file. Packets, titles, and questions for your account come from your files, not from another customer.

Billing

Seat is $14.99 a month ($142.49 a year on the web) and Bench is $29.99 a month ($284.99 a year on the web). Yearly is about 2.5 months free, save about 20% vs monthly. Monthly checkout is free for 14 days; the card is saved and charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel first. Yearly has no trial: it is charged in full at checkout and the plan stays active for the full year. A live Stripe secret is required before a card can be saved, and the plan is stored on the signed-in account.Seat allows 25 sends during the 14-day monthly trial, then 50 a month. Bench allows 75 during the trial, then 150 a month. Both keep 2 per company per day, with no wait between sends.

Refunds

Website (Stripe) yearly plans: cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid year; cancelling does not refund on its own. If you ask for a refund, each month used (a started month counts) is charged at the full monthly price ($14.99 Seat, $29.99 Bench, no free months) and the rest is refunded, never less than $0. Website monthly plans: cancel before the 14-day trial ends and nothing is charged; after that, cancelling stops the next renewal. App Store and Google Play purchases follow Apple's and Google's refund rules; ask Apple or Google.

Stopping

You can turn Auto Apply off or delete the account in Settings. TK Hub LLC may suspend an account that abuses the send caps or uploads someone else’s private resume.
